Add sunflower oil (3 tablespoons). Knead all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. How to cook minced meat?
We take the fillet out of the refrigerator, defrost it. Then we grind it in a meat grinder along with onions and garlic. Then add 12 eggs and mix everything. Sprinkle with s alt as desired.
Put the minced meat into the prepared dough molds. We take out a baking sheet and grease it with vegetable oil over the entire surface. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. - wheat flour (you can use rye flour) - 100 g;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- peas - 200 g;
- potato - 500 g;
- onions - 2 heads;

- s alt - 3 pinches;

What to do about it?
Soaking peas. Cook the meat broth on the bones until cooked and pour the soaked peas into it. Then we take a potato, cut it into small cubes. Now I need to preparenugyli. We make a sour dough, add eggs, melted butter to it, mix. We cut the kneaded dough into identical small pieces, then we cut these parts into thin bundles. Add chopped nugyli to the broth along with potatoes 8 minutes before the soup is ready. Then boil until fully cooked.
Cook separate mutton without bones, cut greens. We serve ready-made soup with peas on the table. We put chopped greens and boiled meat in it.
Cooking the salad
It doesn't take a lot of skill to make a delicious salad. It is enough to adhere to the recipe of Udmurt cooking. The combination of incoming products perfectly affects the taste of this magnificent product. The composition of the Udmurt dish includes:
- potatoes - 400 g;
- fat sour cream - 200 g;
- acetic acid;
- cucumbers - 150 g;
- parsley -1 bunch;
- green onion - 50g;
- lettuce;
- s alt - 3 pinches;
- sugar - 2 teaspoons;
- radish - 200g
Do the following
First, wash the potatoes. Next, find a suitable pan and put the washed potatoes into it. We put to cook until ready. Then drain the hot liquid from the pan. Cool this ingredient by substituting it under cold water.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips. We wash the radish and cut it into medium slices. Cucumbers can be cut along the entire length, also in the form of straws. Then we cut the remaining ingredients - parsley and green onions. Place chopped potatoes and radish with cucumbers in a large bowl and stir.
Pour about half of the required amount of sour cream into the salad, add sugar and s alt, mix. Now put the contents in a salad bowl and add the second half of the sour cream to the dish. Learning to bake cabbage
Wash the cabbage, then cut it into cubes, boil in s alted water to taste, until half cooked. Next, place the contents in a colander and let the liquid drain completely. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put a baking sheet with cabbage in it, bake until cooked through for about 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, mix, sprinkle with croutons.
How to make sauce?
Round raw eggs with flour and s alt. We boil milk. When it warms up a little, take literally two tablespoons and add to the eggs with flour. The diluted mass is gradually poured into boiling milk. We make the gas to a minimum. Stir constantly so that it doesn't burn. When the sauce thickens, you can turn it off - it's ready. Now pour it into the cabbage.
Ingredients for sauce and cabbage
- cabbage one head - 800 g;
- sunflower oil - pour to taste;
- milk - 250 grams;
- s alt - optional;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- flour - 4 large spoons;
- ground crackers - 3 tablespoons.
Zucchini with lamb
Cut the lamb into small pieces, put in a bowl for cooking and pour water. Bring the water to a boil, pour the groats, bay leaf, pepper, s alt to the meat and mix. When everything is almost ready, add the onion, washed raisins. Mix the contents and cover with a lid, bring to a state of complete cooking. Turn off the gas.
Now prepare the zucchini. We clean them from the peel and seeds. Cut into rings, fry in oil until half cooked.
Cut the washed tomatoes. Add zucchini rings to lamb and cereals. Then top with tomatoes. Preheat the oven and set the contents to bake until fully cooked. We take out, decorate with parsley and dill.

Method of making dumplings (dumplings)
Stuffing composition:
- 700 grams pork with fat;
- 1 onion;
- 2 eggs (yolk);
- 3 tablespoons of water;
- ground allspice - to taste;
- s alt - optional;
- cheese - 100 grams (grated);
- sour cream - 200 grams;
- tomato sauce - optional.
Dough composition:
- 4 cups flour;
- 1, 5 cups of water;
- 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable);
- 2 pinches of s alt.
Start cooking
For the filling, take meat and onion, grind, add s alt, yolk, pepper. We stir to the state of minced meat. Pour water here, knead again and put in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
The dough is prepared as follows: sift the flour, pour sunflower oil into it, add eggs, s alt, water. We mix, we get the dough. Cover it for 40 minutes with any clean cloth.
Cut the dough into medium pieces and make thin cakes out of them. We spread the finished filling about one small spoon per circle. We sculpt them in the form of an arc.
Dip dumplings in boiling water and cook until tender. We drain the water. Drizzle them with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese and a little tomato sauce.
