First, prepare the products: wash the meat thoroughly, combine chopped garlic, rosemary, lemon zest, olive oil, s alt in a separate container, if desiredspices for pork.

Turn on the oven to a heat setting of 200 °C. We distribute the prepared mixture over a piece of loin and send it to a sheet with high sides. You can use a special baking sheet with a wire rack, in which case the meat will be fried evenly on all sides. Bake the meat for thirty minutes at 190°C, then reduce to 180°C and bake for about an hour.

Check readiness with a knife: sticking it into a piece of meat, check the color of the liquid: the finished product has a clear juice. Remove the cooked dish from the oven, let stand for 5-10 minutes and cut into slices into portions.

We offer a recipe for baked meat with vegetables in the oven. The dish is prepared quickly and can always help out when there is no time for cooking. Cooking:

  • pork belly - 500g;
  • carrots - 2 pieces;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • potatoes - 5 pcs;

  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • spice to taste.

Pork must be washed and dried with napkins. Then it is stuffed with chopped garlic cloves (we leave some to mix with honey) and herbs, and on top it must be smeared with a mixture of honey and chopped garlic. We pack it in a sleeve, close it well and put it in a cold place for 2-3 hours.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and put the meat for 45 minutes, then remove the sleeve, pour over the resulting sauce and place in the oven for another 20 minutes until browned.

We will need a cut from the ridge to the lower abdomen of the pig, preferably in full length. After the meat is brought home, we wash it and dry it. We take the following set of spices and herbs:

  • 120 g butter;

  • 600 g fillet;
  • bacon;
  • rosemary;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • olive oil;
