- 3 eggs are broken into a mixing bowl.
- Sugar is added (3 tablespoons), a little bit of s alt, soda quenched with vinegar (½ tsp).
- The egg mass is immediately whipped with a whisk untilhomogeneous state.
- Pour 600 ml of sparkling water (600 ml) into the prepared base.
- 300 g flour is gradually sifted and the dough is kneaded immediately.
- Vegetable oil (30 ml) is poured in.
- A hot frying pan is greased with a cooking brush.
- The dough is poured on top and evenly distributed over the surface.
- Pancakes are baked first on one side, and as soon as the bottom starts to brown, turn over to the other. Finished products are stacked on a flat plate.
Recipe for pancakes with sparkling water and milk
According to the following recipe, the products are softer, but at the same time thin and with holes. They can be served with sour cream or condensed milk, and can also be used to wrap the filling. In milk and sparkling water, pancakes are prepared in the following sequence:
- Three eggs are beaten with a mixer with 50 g of sugar and s alt (¼ tsp).
- Followed by 0.5 l of milk and flour (400 g). The dough beats well with a mixer. It should turn out homogeneous, without lumps.
- Mineral water with gas (500 ml) is gradually poured in. The dough is again well mixed. It should not be too liquid, but not thick.
- Vegetable oil is added as the last ingredient.
- Pancakes are baked in a hot frying pan in the traditional way. Before the first product, it is recommended to grease the surface of the pan with oil.

Lenten pancakes on mineral water with gas
The menu in the post can also be varied. It is not at all necessary to give up your favorite desserts for this time, because you can bake pancakes on sparkling water without eggs and milk. A 200 ml glass is used to measure the amount of ingredients.

- First, dry ingredients are combined in a deep bowl: a glass of flour, s alt (½ tsp.) and sugar (1.5 tbsp.).
- Highly carbonated mineral water (2 tablespoons) is poured into the dry mixture in a thin stream. You can add liquid little by little. For example, pour in 1 glass of water, then knead the dough well with a spoon and add the remaining portion of the liquid.
- It is worth noting that the dough is liquid. If someone may find it inconvenient to turn such thin pancakes, you can add a couple more tablespoons of flour.
- Lastly, oil is poured (2 tablespoons). Pancakes are baked in the traditional way in a well-heated pan.
Recipe for pancakes with mineral water and kefir
This recipe will appeal to lovers of soft pancakes. The products are delicious and easy to prepare. There are quite a lot of pancakes on carbonated water: enough to eat and wrap the filling in them. They are prepared step by step in this order:
- Kefir (0.5 l) is poured intosaucepan and slightly heated on the stove. About 100 g of sugar and a spoonful of s alt are poured into it. Soda is added (1 tsp). The kefir mass will immediately foam up and become lush.
- Eggs (4 pcs.) are pre-beaten with a fork and added to kefir.
- Sparkling water (500 ml) is poured in and all the flour is gradually sifted at once (3 tbsp. 250 ml each). The dough mixed with a mixer should come out liquid, without lumps. It should have the consistency of pouring vegetable oil.
- It is recommended to leave the dough on the table for 15 minutes so that enough gluten is released from the flour, and only after that you can start frying pancakes.
How to cook pancakes with sour cream and soda?
Such pancakes are much more magnificent than those presented in previous recipes. And all this thanks to sour cream, which makes the dough more loose. A step-by-step recipe for pancakes on water (carbonated, mineral) consists in following a certain sequence of actions:
- Eggs (2 pcs) are beaten with a fork.
- Sour cream (3 tbsp), 25 g sugar, soda (½ tsp) and s alt are added.
- Egg-sour cream mass is mixed and combined with flour (2 tbsp.).
- As soon as the kneaded mass becomes homogeneous, mineral water (3 tablespoons) is poured into it.
- After adding vegetable oil (1 tablespoon) to the dough, it should stand for a while.
- After about five minutes, you can start baking pancakes. They should be stacked on a plate, brushing each piece with butter.
Recipe for pancakes on the water withstarch
The following products are both thin and delicate. What makes them so starch and carbonated water.
Pancakes according to this recipe are prepared in the following sequence:
- Flour (4 tbsp) combined with starch (7 tbsp), a pinch of s alt and vanilla.
- 3 eggs are beaten separately with sugar (1 tbsp.)
- Soda (½ tsp) is added to natural homemade yoghurt (500 ml) at room temperature. Mix the mass well with a spoon so that it increases in volume.
- Connect all parts of the dough together. Mix them well with each other, pour in 300 ml of sparkling water and 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
- Pour the batter into the center of the hot pan and spread over the entire surface.
- As soon as characteristic holes begin to appear on one side of the pancake, you can turn the product over to the other side. After half a minute, it can be removed from the pan.
- All pancakes are baked in a similar way. They are served to the table with any filling or topping.
