  1. You need to melt a 100-gram piece of butter and cool it so that your hand is not hot.
  2. Two yolks, a couple of spoons of sour cream, a bag of vanilla sugar, eight spoons of granulated sugar and a spoonful of baking powder are introduced into it.
  3. After kneading until smooth, add a glass with a small slide of flour - and stir again.
  4. In another bowl, beat cold egg whites with a few grains of s alt to stiff peaks. They are introduced into the dough very carefully, with a spatula.
  5. Any berries are washed, strained and dried.
  6. Half of the dough is poured into the prepared form, the filling is distributed over it and poured with the rest of the mass.
  7. The blank for vanilla cake is placed in the oven, heated to 160 ° C, and aged in it for about a third of an hour.

Just don't open the door - it will settle down and won't rise again! To improve the taste, it would be nice to pour glaze over the cooled delicacy.

  5. Mix again and sift one and a half cups of flour into a bowl.
  6. When the dough becomes homogeneous again, it is divided in half. Cocoa is put in one half (a full spoon, you can with a slide), in the second - vanillin to taste. The dough is poured into the mold in turn so that the vanilla cake turns out to be patterned on the cut.
  7. The form is placed in the oven for three quarters of an hour. And after cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar or multi-colored baking powder.

Yeast cakes

If you don't mind yeast, you can get amazing vanilla cupcakes. The only catch may be finding fresh rhubarb in stores. However, it is sold frozen and is perfect for our purposes. Moreover, it will not be required to defrost it.

  1. Rhubarb (one third kilo) cut into small pieces.
