Take a saucepan, fill it with water and after boiling add rice. Boil it until half cooked and leave to drain in a colander. Before cooking zucchini stuffed with this filling in a slow cooker, prepare the minced meat by adding vegetables, an egg and cooled rice to it. S alt and pepper, mix everything. Add garlic and mayonnaise. Cut off the ends of the zucchini, cut the vegetables in half and carefully clean out the seeds and the middle.
