  • a pinch of s alt and pepper;
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons;
  • various spices - to taste;
  • lean oil - for frying.

If the fillet is frozen, defrost it at room temperature and squeeze out excess moisture. Cut into medium pieces and, s alt and pepper, sprinkle with other suitable spices. Do it better in a deep bowl.

Grate the cheese. Crack raw eggs into a bowl and mix them with a spoonful of water and grated cheese. Pour crackers on a dish - we will roll the fish fillet in them.

We wash all the greens in running water and chop them finely. Pour the prepared herbs into a bowl. Add spices, pepper, s alt to it and squeeze all the garlic through the press.

In a deep bowl, mix the marinating mixture (greens with spices) and pieces of prepared fish. We leave everything in this form, covered with a lid for 2 hours. It is better if the fish spends these hours in the refrigerator.

  • walnut kernel - 180-200 grams;

  • chicken eggs - 2-3 pieces;

  • spices, s alt, crushed garlic.
