It is poured into a slide on the table, liquid is gradually poured in here and the dough is kneaded. It should become quite elastic. The dough is placed in a bowl greased with olive oil and left to rise for an hour. From above it is desirable to cover with a slightly damp cloth. After that, the dough must be rolled out in the form of a thin layer. The filling is laid out on top, and the dish is sent to the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

The resulting dough is laid out on the table, kneaded for 3-4 minutes. Then it is placed in a bowl, which is pre-lubricated with oil (preferably olive), and left for an hour in a warm place. After the dough has risen, it is rolled out to the required size. The filling is placed on top, sprinkled with grated cheese. The dish is placed in the oven to bake.
