  2. If there are spoiled places - cut off. Remove the core and stems. Apples cut into 4 pieces.
  3. Throw prepared apples into the pan and fill with water. Put on fire and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the fire and add currants. If the berries have already managed to release the juice, we also pour it intocapacity.
  5. Add sugar (once again, we remind you that you need to navigate by fruit varieties so as not to overdo it).
  6. We boil for a short time - literally five minutes.
  7. Set aside from the fire and let it brew (about an hour).
  8. Then again bring the already prepared compote of apples and currants to a boil and immediately pour into prepared sterilized dishes, rolling up the lids. Then the jars need to be turned over on a towel - well, everything is as it should be when closing the preservation.

If you are going to drink compote from apples and currants right away, then you do not need to bring it to a boil again. And as soon as it is infused, cool and you can use it.
