How to prepare the base?
Zucchini cake according to the recipe is prepared step by step as follows: grate zucchini on a grater with large holes and slightly squeeze out excess liquid with your hands. Next, add s alt and spices, eggs to them and mix until the spices are evenly distributed. Then add flour and knead the resulting dough thoroughly.

Mushroom cake filling
To prepare the filling for zucchini cake according to the recipe, chop the onion into cubes as small as possible and fry in a pan in 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil until golden brown, send mushrooms cut into small slices there, and continue heat treatment until the liquid has completely evaporated. In a separate bowl, mix chopped garlic, 1/3 teaspoon of black pepper and a little s alt to taste with mayonnaise. - 3-4 tbsp. spoons of flour.
- Two small tomatoes + a couple of green sprigs to decorate the finished dish.
Grate the zucchini, squeeze out the juice and mix with two eggs, flour and s alt for taste reasons, you can also add any spice, based on your taste. Then bake three pancakes from the resulting dough in a pan and cool them slightly.
Grate cheese and mix with garlic and half dose of mayonnaise. Cut the crab sticks into small pieces, add two boiled eggs and the rest of the mayonnaise to them. We assemble the cake in a pile in this order: first, a pancake from zucchini dough, on it we evenly distribute the filling from crab sticks with an egg, then the next pancake from zucchini, on top of which is a cheese and garlic filling. Lightly press the cake on top so that the layers stick together a little, then draw a mayonnaise net on top of it, on which we sprinkle finely chopped greens.
