You will also need to prepare cling film, which will simplify the task of creating a "pancake" from minced meat.

As for the recommendations, here it is worth noting the high calorie content of the dish. It is much more than simple chops, since the recipe contains eggs, flour, and the meat itself can be fatty, for example, if you choose pork. Of course, it will be easier with chicken brizol. So, if you need to maintain a diet, this dish is not recommended.

First of all, you will need to cook a meat pancake in an omelette, and then the filling for it. The classic recipe includes the following ingredients:

  • 1 egg;
  • 50-70 g minced meat (you can mix beef and pork in a 1:1 ratio);
  • flour;
  • vegetable oilfor frying;
  • s alt, pepper - to taste;
  • water or milk in an amount that will fit in half an eggshell.

Now about how to cook minced brizol:

  1. Mix the egg with s alt and spices, add milk or water and beat until smooth.
  2. Pour flour into a plate, put the minced meat collected in a ball on top. Gently push it in to get a flat circle.
  3. Turn the pancake over, press it down to make it even thinner, but make sure it doesn't tear.
  4. Grate the minced meat on top with flour.
  5. Put the meat base into a bowl with the beaten egg. Turn over so that the liquid mass completely envelops the “pancake”.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, but not too hot. Transfer the minced meat along with the egg mixture and fry over low heat until it is browned and crusted on both sides.
  7. Put the pancake on a plate. Stuff the meat base and roll it into a roll.

Break the egg into a bowl, add s alt, pepper or your preferred spices, beat with a fork. Pour into a flat dish. Remove the top layer of the film from the pancake and carefully transfer it to the egg mass.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. First pour the egg mass into it, then shift the minced meat. Fry for 2-4 minutes, turn the meat layer down and leave until tender. So cook each meatball.

The next step in the step-by-step brizol recipe is the preparation of the filling. In a frying pan, you need to fry the onion, seasoning it with s alt and spices. Cheese will need melted. It just needs to be cut into small pieces. Mayonnaise or ketchup, or even mustard can be added to this filling if desired.
