- vinegar 9% - 80 ml;
- bay leaf - 5 pcs;
- sweet peppercorns - 7 pcs
If desired, you can add a few cloves and a very small pinch of ground nutmeg to the recipe.
To prepare the marinade, pour the boiled mushrooms with clean water, so that it just covers, add all the ingredients, put on fire. Before marinating the butternuts, let's not forget about the jars. We lay out the boiled mushrooms and immediately roll them up.

Many housewives prefer to harvest butterflies for the winter by drying. This method is simple, reliable, and the result is just wonderful!
