  1. Crack eggs into a bowl, add s alt and vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour in a thin stream of water (necessarily cold!) And mix again to make the liquid homogeneous. Put the bowl in the refrigerator.
  3. Pour the sifted flour onto the table. Dip a piece of margarine or butter into it and grate on a coarse grater. Do not forget to periodically dip the butter into the flour so that they mix better. Now mix them well by hand.
  4. Form a hill with a recess from the resulting mass and pour in the cooled liquid. Mix everything again. Remember that you do not need to knead the dough - just pick it up from the edges and move it to the center, repeating the procedure several times.
  5. Remove the almost finished dough in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
  6. Remove the dough and roll it as thin as possible. Fold it several times and roll it out again, then return it to the refrigerator to cool.
  7. You need to repeat the procedure five times, so it will take a lot of time to cook. But as a result, you get the perfect dough. The main thing - do not forget to cool it in the refrigerator so that the layers do not stick together.
