First of all, let's prepare the minced meat. Scroll the beef tenderloin through a meat grinder with one onion and part of the greens. S alt and pepper, squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Mix well, cover with cellophane and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
While the stuffing is infused, let's prepare vegetable frying. Finely chop the second head of the onion, grate the carrots on the smallest grater. Heat vegetable oil or butter in a frying pan, fry the onion first (not much, you just need to simmer a little), add carrots to it, and fry for 3 minutes.
Chop the bell pepper finely, send it to fry with carrots and onions for five minutes.

- half a medium carrot, or one small one;
- a small onion;
- 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil (you can use any vegetable oil without smell);
- garlic clove;
- 2 sprigs of parsley;
- ground black pepper;
- ready seasoning "Italian seasoning mix";
- Parmesan cheese (for serving, grate as much as you like);
- s alt.
Cooking Bolognese
It seems that there are a lot of ingredients, some may get scared and refuse to cook. In fact, the recipe for homemade pasta for Bolognese spaghetti is very, very simple - to the point of primitiveness. Having tried to cook this dish once, you will never again be able to deny yourself the pleasure of eating this dish!
Chop the onion, garlic and celery finely. Grate carrots on the smallest grater. Remove the skin from fresh tomatoes, chop finely. Crush the tomatoes in their own juice with a fork in a separate bowl.
Heat odorless olive oil or sunflower oil in a frying pan. Dip the onion, celery and garlic into it, fry a little, add the carrots - fry all together for 6 minutes.
Next, add minced meat, fry for about 8 minutes, until the meat changes color and gives juice.
Send tomatoes to the contents of the pan - both fresh and in their own juice (required with juice), tomato paste and cream. Mix well, bring to a boil. As soon as the sauce boils, pour in a glass of boiled water (if spaghetti is boiling at this time, then scoop water directly from the pan).
Pepper, s alt, basil, parsley and Italian seasoning mix. Cover contents and simmer for 20 minutes.
