Spider web salad with crab sticks
First of all, you will have to freeze a small piece of butter. A 100-gram piece of cheese, whites and yolks of four eggs are rubbed - all in separate bowls. A small onion is finely chopped, and a pack of crab sticks is cut into cubes. The layers go in this order:
- Sticks.
- Onion (you can pour boiling water over it if you are afraid of bitterness).
- Proteins.
- Butter (rubbed right over the salad bowl so it doesn't melt).
- Cheese.
- Yolks.
