In order for the dough to turn out soft and fluffy, many hostesses try to cook it from kefir. So, we need the following products:
- 350-400g sifted premium flour;
- a glass of yogurt (possibly expired);
- 40-50g butter;
- soda on the tip of a knife;
- 2 small eggs;
- a pinch of s alt;
- a pinch of sugar.
Cooking quick pizza dough
To start, beat the eggs in a deep bowl with a whisk. We enter therekefir (gradually), continuing to mix. Then add soda (slaked with vinegar). We introduce the flour in parts and each time mix the mixture thoroughly so that no lumps remain. We put the butter in the microwave, melt it and add it to the dough. We mix. Our mixture should resemble the consistency of thick sour cream.
Second version of the test - yeast
To make our pizza with champignons delicious, you can make dough with yeast. Of course, there are more troubles with him, but the end result will exceed all expectations.
So, we need the following products:
- 1 glass of water;
- 2, 5 cups premium flour, sifted;
- one teaspoon each of sugar and s alt;
- dry yeast - 1.5 tsp;
- any vegetable oil.
Step by step cooking instructions
Let's start with the yeast. Pour the required amount of the product with 50 ml of warm water and add a pinch of sugar. Mix thoroughly until lumps disappear. Set aside for 5-7 minutes for the desired reaction to appear.
We take a separate container, we introduce the required amount of water (warm) and vegetable oil. Add yeast, s alt, sugar to the ingredients. Gradually add flour. Mix until the lumps disappear.
Knead the dough. It should be flexible and obedient. We put the dough in a warm place, cover with a newspaper and wait until it rises. Then we knead well again and start cooking pizza with champignons.
Filling
For the filling, we should prepare mayonnaise, 3 tomatoes, 300 g of hunting sausages (or regular smoked sausage), 200 g of champignons, half a jar of olives, a couple of sprigs of greens and 200 g of cheese.
Tomatoes cut into circles. We add a little. Cut hunting sausages into thin strips. We wash the mushrooms and put them on the stove. Cook in s alt water after boiling for 2-3 minutes (if you do not want to boil the mushrooms, you can fry them in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes). Cut the olives into circles, rub the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the greens.
Forming and baking pizza
After cutting the ingredients, you can begin to form our fragrant pastries. To make pizza with champignons like in a real pizzeria, twist the edges of the dough. Then the filling will not fall out, and the appearance will fully correspond to the original.
So, turn on the oven, take out the form, grease it with oil. We spread the dough, twist the edges. We spread with mayonnaise, put tomatoes on top, then mushrooms, hunting sausages, olives and sprinkle with cheese. We put in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Ready-made pizza with champignons and sausage sprinkled with herbs.

If you cook pizza sauce, it will allow you to get a new, richer and more original taste. So, the most used dressing among pizzaiola is tomato. It cooks quickly enough, but the end result will undoubtedly please with its taste.
To do this, take two tomatoes, one garlic clove, 4 sprigs of basil, a pinch of black pepper, s alt and a little olive oil. Grind the tomatoes in a blender, finely tear the basil with your hands, chop the garlic. Heat up the pan, throw in the garlic and olive oil. After a few seconds, add the basil. Simmer for 2 minutes and add tomatoes. Pepper, s alt. Stir and after 3 minutes turn off the stove. We take one onion, several sprigs of basil, 1 tsp. sugar, a couple of sprigs of dill, a clove of garlic, a pinch of s alt, 1 tsp. paprika, two tomatoes and some olive oil.
Chop all the ingredients in a blender (pre-peel the tomatoes). Pour oil into the pan and simmer the mixture under a closed lid for 1.5 hours. The sauce should not drip off the spoon. Next, the dressing is applied to the base. Our pizza with champignons and cheese is ready!
