Cooking
- Where do we start? We clean the onion. Grind the pulp freed from the husk into cubes.
- Pass the sausage through the middle section of the grater.
- Send the onion cubes to the hot pan. Fry using oil. As soon as the onion is browned a little, add the grated sausage to it. We mix. Fry these ingredients for a couple of minutes. Then turn off the fire. Let besausage and onion are cooling down.
- Pass the cheese through the middle section of the grater. Putting aside for now.
- We need to make dough. To do this, in a bowl, combine mayonnaise with sour cream. There we break all three eggs. S alt. We also add soda. Whip the ingredients with a mixer. We get a homogeneous mass. But that is not all. We must pour flour into the bowl. Turn on the mixer again. What should be the dough? More liquid than thick.
- Back to the stuffing. In the pan, where the cooled pieces of onion and sausage are located, add the grated cheese. Stir with a spoon.
- Preheat the oven (180°C). Grease a baking dish with oil. We pour out half of the dough we prepared. Be sure to level. Now lay out the filling. This must be done evenly. Pour the sausage and cheese filling with the remaining half of the dough. From above, you can sprinkle the future cake with caraway seeds or sesame seeds.

Ingredients:
- 100 g flour and grated cheese each;

- 4 eggs;
- 150 ml each of white wine and refined oil;

- baking powder - 1 tsp
Cooking process
Break all the eggs into a bowl. We add wine and oil. We mix. Gradually add flour. Add baking powder and grated cheese. S alt. Sprinkle with your favorite spices. We also put diced sausage and olives (whole). Grease the bottom of a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. We spread the dough, leveling it. Product List:
- 1 tsp each white sugar and s alt;
- potatoes - 5-6 pieces;
- 180g stick of butter;
- one egg;
- onion - 2 pcs.;
- 125 ml each of milk and kefir (low-fat);
- bag (11 g) dry yeast "Saf Moment";
- refined oil - enough for 1 tbsp. l.;
- 0.5 kg flour (w/c);
- boiled sausage - 200 g is enough
Cooking
- Pour the flour sifted twice into a bowl. Add yeast.
- Melt butter (80 g) in a water bath. Pour into a bowl. It is necessary to add warm milk there, as well as kefir in the right amount. S alt. Sprinkle with sugar. We mix. Combine with flour and yeast.
- Break an egg into a bowl with future dough. We add oil. Knead the dough by hand. Wrap it in cling film. Be sure to make several punctures with a needle. We remove the dough on the middle shelf of the refrigerator. We get it in 1 hour.
- Knead the dough that has risen. Let it stand for another half an hour in a warm place.
- Let's do the stuffing. Cut the sausage, peeled potatoes and onion into cubes. We combine these products. S alt.
- Dough is divided into 2 parts. Sprinkle the table with flour. One part of our dough should be rolled out into a layer of the same shape as the baking sheet. What's next? Grease a baking sheet with refined oil. Lay out a sheet of dough. Be sure to make bumpers (1.5-2 cm).
