The hardest part is making the dough
Of course, the most lazy ones can limit themselves to buying ready-made cakes in the store. But with the same result, you can buy frozen pizza. The sandwich that is sold in supermarkets bears little resemblance to an authentic product. Homemade pizza should be made from carefully rolled dough into a thin layer. Filling
While the dough is rising, let's think about what the top will be. Homemade pizza does not limit your imagination in any way, however, it involves two mandatory products. This is ketchup, which can be replaced with tomato paste, and cheese (preferably grated parmesan with mozzarella cut into small pieces, but any is allowed - hard, cheese and even melted). Open the refrigerator and look for other ingredients there. They can be: garlic, bell pepper, tomatoes, ham, any sausage, sprats, seafood, green peas or sweet corn, smoked fish and meat. The choice is yours.
Assembly
Turn on the oven at 220 degrees and take the dough. Sprinkle the cutting board with flour, lay out our dough and knead again. Roll out well to make a thin crust.(preferably round). Lubricate the baking sheet with any vegetable oil and place the workpiece there. Lubricate its top with ketchup or tomato paste. Put the ingredients of the chosen filling on top. Cheese should be at the very top: sprinkle with grated parmesan or crush with chopped mozzarella. Drizzle lightly with vegetable oil and place in the oven. Homemade pizza should be baked for about a quarter of an hour.

A few little secrets
