Pizza "Calzone": thin dough recipe for baking

- one teaspoon of s alt and 4 teaspoons of sugar.
If you took the milk out of the refrigerator, warm it slightly to room temperature, dissolve the sugar and yeast in it. Let stand for approximately 10-15 minutes. Add s alt to the flour sifted through a sieve, pour the liquid mixture of yeast and milk into it, mix well, and then add olive oil. You should get a moderately thick dough, you need to knead it thoroughly for 5-7 minutes. Next, roll it into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled container where the dough will rise. Leave for half an hour in a warm place. After the base for baking is ready,divide it into 4 parts (the ingredients in the recipe are enough for exactly 4 pizzas), roll it thinly with a rolling pin.
Preparing the filling for "Calzone": pizza with mushrooms and pickled cucumbers
