Ingredients:
- 1kg premium flour;
- 1 sachet dry yeast;

- 400ml water;

In a deep bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Melt butter in boiled water or milk. Pour the warm butter mixture into the flour bowl. Knead the dough until soft and elastic. In the finished state, it does not stick to the hands. After kneading, the dough is placed in a bowl, covered with a napkin and placed in heat for an hour and a half. It increases in volume and becomes lush.
Ingredients for filling:
- a small head of cabbage;
- 5 eggs;
- 30 ml vegetable oil;
- 2 onions;
- 50 grams of butter;
- spices and s alt.
Cabbage is chopped and boiled in lightly s alted water. It takes five to seven minutes to do this. Transfer the cabbage with a slotted spoon to a bowl. At the same time, water is allowed to drain. Butter is added to the cabbage semi-finished product that has not yet cooled down. The eggs are hard boiled. The peeled onion is finely chopped and browned in sunflower oil. Cabbage is mixed with chopped eggs. Add the prepared onion, s alt and ground pepper to the resulting mixture. The filling is ready.
The dough is divided into separate cakes, from which they will form a pie with cabbage. Each cake is leveled, and a small amount of the finished filling is placed on its middle. Having pinched the edges, the formed pie with cabbage is placed on a baking sheet, having previously greased the sides with vegetable oil. Before placing in the oven, their surface is smeared with whipped yolk. Pies with cabbage are baked in a well-heated oven. The baking temperature is 200 degrees Celsius. Thirty minutes will be enough until fully prepared.

The cabbage stuffing is different for them. Not only chopped fresh cabbage will do, but also sauerkraut.
