We prepare the chicken and be sure to dry it with a towel. Then mix all the ingredients for the marinade. We rub the chicken with the resulting mixture on all sides and leave for one hour, without sendinginto the refrigerator. Chicken with garlic and lemon

When the chicken is ready, it must be taken out on a dish and left for 15 minutes. The meat should rest and absorb all the juices. Then we serve it to the table.
