- Wash the rice and pat dry. Boil the chickpeas for an hour. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the ginger and garlic on a fine grater, cut the tomato into cubes. Fry all this in vegetable oil, add spices, s alt and simmer for three minutes.
- Sauté almonds in cow butter, then add turmeric, rice, s alt and curry. Roast for three minutes. Pour in boiling water (1.5 cups) and cook for enough time so that the rice is slightly undercooked.
