How to cook
Mix flour, s alt, baking powder and sugar. Add oil to kefir and gradually introduce the previously prepared dry mixture. Mix everything thoroughly until you get a soft dough. This baking option requires the presence of a filling. For this, stock up on 1 package of poppy seeds, a little sugar, cinnamon and butter, jam can also come in handy.

The first stage is the sifting of flour. Pour the yeast into it and mix everything thoroughly. Now gradually add all the remaining ingredients to the resulting mixture and kneaddough. The process should continue until it stops sticking to your hands. After that, leave the dough for a quarter of an hour. Quick buns can have anything as a filling, just a few options are presented above. When the dough has risen a little, roll it out thinly and place one or another filling on top. Then carefully roll up the roll. It should be quite dense. Then we cut it into 10-12 pieces, while the buns should not turn out too thin. Place them wide side down on a baking sheet. Then grease with an egg so that the buns are browned, and send to the oven for twenty minutes. Temperature regime - 180-200 0С.
