"Mushroom" salad
Boiled beef and mushrooms (marinated) it will need equally, approximately 250-300 grams each. The meat is boiled, onions, mushrooms and carrots are fried.

For its preparation I take large lettuce leaves. After washing them, I grease them with mustard and spread the boiled meat cut into thin layers on it. The resulting "slide" should be well wrapped in lettuce leaves. Bread is not used. You can anoint the layers with the dressing that you like best.
