Boiled beef neutralizes hydrochloric acid and reduces the irritating qualities of some other enzymes. It is the only one of all meat products that does not leave rotting or fermenting waste in the body. Protein, which is also rich in this meat, is recommended for people seeking to build muscle mass. The boiled bone broth is recommended for people with weak bones or bone injuries. Beef helps blood formation and does not contribute to weight gain. It is also rich in unsaturated fatty acids. That is why boiled beef dishes must be present on every table. It is not necessary (even harmful) to eat daily. It is better to do this 1-2 times a week. But boiled meat can make anyone unique, evenfestive table. The meat is tasty on its own, easily fits into many salads. For example, I never eat sausages or sausages, they are replaced by sandwiches with boiled or steamed beef. And the most favorite salads with beef are "Onion" and "Mushroom".

Both recipes include boiled meat. The recipe for boiled beef is simple. First, the meat (the larger the piece, the tastier) is poured with cold water and brought to a boil very quickly. The water is drained, the meat is washed and set to boil again, but already on a small fire. For the salad you need:

  • Boiled beef - half a kilo.
  • Bow. It needs to be cut and poured with vinegar for 6 hours, then rinsed with ice water.
  • Garnet (big).
  • Pepper and other seasonings to taste.

Salad can be laid out in layers or mixed, this is also a matter of taste. Boiled beef is cut into very thin strips, mixed with onion and pomegranate. You can dress the salad with mayonnaise, or you can make a dressing from a glass of sour cream (or yogurt), sweet and regular mustard (to taste), and three tablespoons of dry wine. Sprinkle generously with pomegranate seeds on top.

"Mushroom" salad

Boiled beef and mushrooms (marinated) it will need equally, approximately 250-300 grams each. The meat is boiled, onions, mushrooms and carrots are fried.

For its preparation I take large lettuce leaves. After washing them, I grease them with mustard and spread the boiled meat cut into thin layers on it. On top of it, horseradish with beets, again lettuce, meat, dressing, tomatoes, lettuce, dressing, meat, cucumbers and peppers. The thinner the meat in such a sandwich, the tastier it is. The resulting "slide" should be well wrapped in lettuce leaves. Bread is not used. You can anoint the layers with the dressing that you like best. I use horseradish with beetroot or mayonnaise, French mustard, sweet sauces, yogurt, mayonnaise, or combinations of these sauces depending on my mood.
