You will also need 100 ml of any broth, which, if desired, can be replaced with plain water.
First, vegetables are prepared: washed, peeled, zucchini and eggplant are cut into rings, pepper - into strips, onion - into cubes, and garlic arbitrarily, as small as possible. Then proceed to the processing of fish. It should be washed and dried with napkins, s alted, sprinkled with lemon juice and sprinkled with herbs (they can be either dried or fresh, in the latter case only finely chopped leaves are used).

For 1 serving, take 50 g of fish, a quarter of an onion, a little vegetable oil, 50 g of rice and 2 quail eggs. More spices are needed: turmeric, paprika, curry paste, a quarter of a lemon and some greens.
