The recipe for freshly s alted cucumbers requires a minimum set of ingredients: small fresh cucumbers in the amount of one kilogram, a tablespoon (without a slide) of s alt, a bunch of dill, if desired - 2-3 cloves of garlic. Of the necessary utensils - ordinaryplastic bag of the appropriate size. If you don’t have small cucumbers on hand, it doesn’t matter! Large fruits can be cut into pieces of 10 centimeters. This recipe for freshly pickled cucumbers is designed for this size. Be sure to do this, otherwise they will take longer to s alt to the desired state.
If you cut the cucumbers into smaller pieces, the cooking time will be reduced accordingly. Using this recipe for freshly s alted cucumbers, you can get a ready-made dish in 30 minutes, such cucumbers - in a hurry! A good solution for meeting unexpected guests! Of course, cucumbers cooked so quickly will not have time to absorb all the aromas of herbs and spices, which they will be satisfied with for a longer time. If you have a few hours, then it’s still better to use the classic recipe, for which, as mentioned above, you don’t need to cut the cucumbers so finely.
Recipe for freshly pickled cucumbers in a bag. Stages:
- My cucumbers, cut if necessary. Cut off both sides of the "butt" so as not to process them later.
- The next ingredient is dill. It must be washed, further processing is at your discretion - you can chop it, or you can leave the branches whole.
- Garlic. If you decide that it will be present in the dish, then we also clean, wash and finely chop.
- For more flavor, you can add everything that is usually used when pickling cucumbers - various spices, including pepperpeas and cumin. But this is not at all necessary - cucumbers will turn out very tasty anyway.
- Now all prepared products can be placed in a container - a plastic bag: cucumbers, herbs, spices, garlic. I repeat, everything can be limited only to cucumbers and dill, this is quite enough. The rest - for an amateur! Pour s alt there.
- We carefully tie the package. It is very important! It is thanks to the hermetically sealed bag that the taste and aroma that this recipe for freshly pickled cucumbers implies will be obtained. Shake the tied bag well so that the s alt and spices are evenly distributed on the cucumbers.
- Now all it takes is time and occasional vigorous stirring. You can put the bag in the refrigerator. Then the cooking time will be from 6 to 8 hours. If you leave it at room temperature, the required time will decrease to four hours. In any case, do not forget to mix occasionally by shaking the bag. To prevent the bag from leaking, place it in a second bag of the same kind or in a deep bowl.
If desired, cucumbers can be consumed after 30 minutes. By this time, they will acquire a wonderful crunch and aroma characteristic of freshly pickled cucumbers.
Remove the cucumbers from the bag, peel them of excess s alt and spices and serve. Bon appetit!
