To prepare this dish, you will need half a kilogram of pork tenderloin, three onions, hard cheese, ground pepper, s alt, one hundred grams of mayonnaise and frying oil. Cut the tenderloin into thin plates, beat off, s alt and pepper. Leave in the refrigerator for half an hour. Cut the onion into rings and grate the cheese coarsely. Lubricate a baking sheet or baking dish with oil, lay out the chops, greased with mayonnaise. Lay the onion rings on top of the meat and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve ready-made chops with your favorite side dish of your choice: mashed potatoes, boiled rice or vegetables.
