Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of buckwheat.
  • 100 grams of chanterelles.
  • One chicken egg.
  • Half an onion.
  • 50 grams of butter.
  • 100 grams of sour cream.

Dish recipe:

  • Wash the grits, sort and fry in a pan for a few minutes. Fill it with water and boil until half cooked.
  • Beat the chicken egg with sour cream, add s alt and ground pepper.
  • Pour in sour cream dressing for buckwheat and stir. Simmer the dish until done.
