Next, a glass of chopped champignons is poured; frying continues until the liquid stops appearing. The potatoes are mashed, mixed with mushrooms and diluted with half a liter of cream. A few minutes of joint boiling - and the creamy soup is ready for ingestion. It is especially good with garlic croutons, for which coarsely chopped slices are first fried in butter, and then slices of bread are laid.
Italian soup with cream
After mastering simple recipes, you can move on to more sophisticated options. To prepare a creamy Italian chicken soup, you will need a rich set of roots: in addition to the usual carrots, you need parsnips and celery. In total, all three vegetables should tighten by a third of a kilogram. They are cuttingcubes along with two medium onions and fried directly in the pan, where it is planned to cook the soup. As they are browned, finely chopped fillet is added - also about a third of a kilogram. Then water is poured, half a glass of red lentils is poured in, and the soup is boiled for a quarter of an hour on a not too hot fire. As soon as the beans are cooked, a glass of cream is poured in, chopped basil is added. It boils - the fire is extinguished, the creamy soup is sprinkled with parsley and infused for about ten minutes under the lid.
Cheese Soup
And now let's turn to French cuisine. Let's build a creamy mushroom soup according to the recipe of this country. This time, the onion needs to be cut into half rings, and the carrots should be grated more coarsely. Raw chicken meat (300 grams) is skinned and finely chopped. Mushrooms - 200-250 grams - are not cut into the smallest slices. First, a traditional frying is done (onions + carrots), after seven minutes chicken is added, after another 10 - mushrooms; vegetables with poultry are stewed for about a third of an hour. Then the processed cheese is either cut into thin sticks, or rubbed and introduced into the pan until completely dissolved. At the end, a spoonful of flour is poured in and actively mixed. The mass is transferred to a saucepan, filled with water; cubes of three potatoes are laid in it. The creamy soup is boiled until the tubers are ready. Just before the end, a glass of cream is poured in, s altiness and pepperiness are adjusted. Fragrant herbs are already served at the table.
Norwegian soup

Next, a finely chopped onion is poured, also not poached. When the vegetables are ready, slices of salmon, peeled from the skin, are put into the soup, a glass of fatter cream is poured in and selected spices are added - at least s alt, peppercorns and laurel. Even those who are indifferent to the ear will approve of such a creamy soup!
Shrimp cream soup

The recipe says to take a pound of shrimp, boil, cool and clean. Five pieces of potatoes, a small carrot and onion should be cut not very finely and boiled in a small amount of s alted water.
