Then put the meat on a baking sheet, and on it - a paste of spices. Pieces are sent to bake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Keep the beef loin until cooked, and then, without removing it from the oven, cover with foil and let it rest.

To cook beef loin in the oven, you need to take:

  • four apples;
  • black pepper;

First, the meat is washed and then the excess fat is removed. You don't have to get rid of it completely. From the fat side, grease the meat with honey, and from the rest - with s alt and pepper. Leave the beef loin for forty minutes. Then the apples are washed. One is cut into thin slices, the rest are not touched yet.

In the meat, cuts are made, not reaching the bone. Then insert apple slices into them. Sent to cook in the oven. The meat is cooked for an hour and a half. If the upper part starts to burn, then cover it with foil, making sure that it does not touch the pieces.   • tablespoon of mustard;
  • a quarter cup of soy sauce;
  • black and red pepper - to taste;

  • one leek;
  • dried garlic - fourpinches.

The specificity of this recipe is that first the meat is marinated, then grilled, and only then sent to the oven. To begin with, cuts are made in the meat. Prepare the marinade by mixing oil, soy sauce, spices. They send pieces of loin to the marinade for five hours, preferably at night.

Then the finished pieces are lightly squeezed and fried in a dry grill pan until a crust forms. Leek, or rather its white part, is cut coarsely. Transfer the beef loin to a baking dish, put the onion on top. Cover everything with foil. Cooked in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
