  • 4 pieces of loin with bone, 200 g each;
  • 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes;
  • 50g vegetable oil;
  • bunch of fresh dill;
  • 4 garlic cloves;
  • 2 pinches of dill seeds;
  • s alt, favorite spices.

Cooking the dish

This delicacy will takemore than 2 hours. But time will not be wasted, because as a result you will get 4 servings of juicy, fragrant meat, which even a picky gourmet will not refuse. So, how to bake a pork loin in the oven:

  1. Mash the dill seeds in a mortar, add chopped herbs, half the oil, garlic, s alt and black pepper.
  2. Grate the pieces well on all sides with the seasoning mixture. It is advisable to keep the meat in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then it will be saturated with the smell of spices.
  3. Cut two foil rectangles for each piece.
  4. Fold the pieces of foil in two layers, put the meat in them, add 1-2 cherry tomatoes and drizzle with oil.

  • a piece of pork loin weighing 0.5 kg;
  • 1medium carrot;
  • 1 large tomato;
  • 2 medium potatoes;
  • 300g white cabbage;
  • 1 large bell pepper;
  • 60g sunflower oil;
  • bunch of greenery;
  • s alt and favorite spices.

It will take a little over an hour to prepare the dish. As a result, you will get 4 servings of a hearty, flavorful treat. To get started, take care of the loin. Cut it into portioned pieces, at the rate of 2 pieces per person. Beat each of them, grease with a mixture of s alt and seasonings and let lie down to absorb the smell of spices.

While the meat is marinating, take care of the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into cubes, carrots and onions into half rings, and the tomato into large slices. Coarsely chop the cabbage.

Put the meat in the roasting sleeve, pour in the vegetable mixture, parsley sprigs and pour in the oil. Bake the pork loin in the oven for 50 minutes at 180°C. To form an appetizing crust on the meat, cut the sleeve 10–15 minutes before cooking.

  • a piece of boneless loin weighing 0.5 kg;
  • 4–5 garlic cloves;
  • 2 tsp spices for meat;
  • s alt.

Wash the piece of meat and wipe it with a paper towel, then s alt well on all sides. Keep in mind that you need a little more s alt than usual. Otherwise, the meat will turn out fresh. Sprinkle the seasoning over the loin and rub in the s alt and spices for 1-2 minutes.

Peel the garlic and cut the cloves in half. On different sides of the meat, make several sharp cuts 1-2 cm deep. Put the pieces of garlic into these holes. After that, it is advisable to keep the meat in the refrigerator for 30-35 minutes. Then it will be saturated with the aromas of garlic and spices.

Of course, in this case you will have to tinker, but it's worth it, because as a result you will get a dish that even picky gourmets will like. So, for a juicy treat, take the following products:

  • a piece of loin weighing 800 g;
  • 2 medium fennel bulbs;
  • 750 g firm potatoes;
  • 150 ml heavy cream;
  • 75g Parmesan;
  • 1 tsp fennel seed;
  • 4 bay leaves, preferably fresh;
  • olive oil;
  • sea s alt and black pepper.

Washed but unpeeled potatoes cut lengthwise. It is desirable that all the pieces are the same size. Cut off the fennel leaves, and divide the heads into 6 parts. Drop itvegetables in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes after boiling. Drain the mixture in a colander to drain excess water.

Grate the fennel seeds in a mortar, mix them with pepper, s alt and a couple of tablespoons of oil and coat the meat with this mixture. Put the loin on a baking sheet, but do not forget to put a bay leaf under the meat. Season the cooled vegetables with s alt, pepper and season with oil. Spread them around the loin. Bake the dish at 180°C for 45 minutes.
