Chocolate dragee melts perfectly in your mouth if all the rules and technology of its preparation are followed. However, despite the complex specifics of its preparation, this product can be made independently. For this you need:
- half cup chocolate chips;
- cream to taste;
- to choose from: nuts, peanuts, raisins and marshmallow;
- pan withheavy weight;
- flat baking tray;
- waxed sheets of paper.
So, you need to correctly carry out all the steps, which are as follows. When using peanuts, first cut these nuts in half. In this case, the raisins or marshmallows used should be quite small. Then place sheets of waxed paper on top of a baking sheet. After that, pour the chocolate chips into the prepared pan and heat it over low heat. In this case, you need to stir the mixture after each short interval. This is necessary so that the chocolate does not stick to the pan. At the same stage, it is quite possible to pour the cream.
After that, continue stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. Then you need to pour the already prepared melted chocolate onto the surface of the baking sheet with the help of spoons and put an additional component (ingredient) on top of the mixture, place it in an oven heated to 180 degrees and keep it there for 10-15 minutes. This is to ensure that the ingredients (nuts, almonds or raisins) are evenly coated in chocolate.
At the last stage, you need to place the chocolate dragee in the glaze in a cool place (refrigerator) until it is completely cooled. Usually the time is approximately one hour. After that, using a knife, you need to get each nut or raisin obtained in this way. Of course, it will not work to give such a dragee an ideal shape, since there is no necessary equipment at home, but you can still enjoy the resulting sweets.
