Salad "Haystack": the first recipe. Components
Required ingredients are:
- two breasts;
- any cheese (100g);
- fresh tomato (large);
- two medium carrots;
- 2 eggs;
- two potatoes (raw);
- a few cloves of garlic;
- mayonnaise;
- vegetable oil.
Cooking method
Let's start with the top layer - potatoes and carrots, because they take time. To begin with, we clean them, rinse and grate them on a grater, on which Korean carrots are made. We should get thin strips.
They should be kept in slightly s alted cold water for some time. In a deep dish, preferably a cauldron, pour oil (two fingers), heat up and lower the vegetable strips. Cook until brown, leave to cool on a paper towel.
Pour boiling water over the tomato, remove the skin and cut into thin sticks or half rings. We tear the boiled breast with our hands into fibers, rub the cheese. We finely chop the eggs. Mix mayonnaise with chopped garlic. Optionally add cilantro for spice and color.
All products are ready. Now we proceed to the most important step - the formation of a puff salad "Haystack". We put chicken meat on the dish, then eggs, tomatoes, grated cheese - cover each layer with mayonnaise-garlic dressing. Put the fried carrots and potatoes on top and put them in the refrigerator for an hour to soak.
