- fresh raspberries - 750 grams;
- basil - 5 branches;
- apple juice - 370 ml;
- water - 225 grams;
- fast-acting gelatin - 15 grams;
- sugar - 125 grams.

Soak gelatin in 150 ml of apple juice, let it swell.

Strain the mass through a sieve. Slightly flatten to squeeze out all the juice from the raspberries. Return to the fire and add the soaked gelatin.
Stir thoroughly and remove from heat without boiling.

- agar-agar - 6 grams;
- water - 600 grams;
- sugar - 100 grams.

Grate the lemon zest and half the sugar with your fingers. This measure will provide you with a more flavorful meal.

Mix the other half of the sugar with agar-agar. Pour the resulting mixture into the remaining water, bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for a minute.
Mix lemon syrup and agar mixture, stir until smooth.
Spread evenly over 4 bowlspre-washed and dried blueberries for jelly. The calorie content will not increase much from the number of berries, and the taste will be more saturated.
Let the lemon mixture cool slightly so it doesn't scald the berries, and evenly coat the blueberries with it.
