Required ingredients:

- large fresh carrots - 2 pcs.;
- red pepper - a couple of pinches;
- olive oil - 40 ml;
- large spicy bulbs - 2 pcs;
- lettuce leaves - a few pieces for decoration;
- iodized s alt - 2/3 dessert spoon;
- fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables for garnish.
Fish processing process
Before stuffing a pike, you should purchase fresh fish, which must be cleaned of fins, scales and all the insides. It is recommended to leave the head and tail,after all, this is the only way a dish can be beautifully decorated by placing the product on a large flat plate. After the pike has been processed, it should be well coated with s alt and left aside for 10-16 minutes. During this time, you can quickly process the rest of the ingredients.
Vegetable preparation process
Pike should not be stuffed with a lot of vegetables, because they are only needed to give the dish taste and aroma.
