The preparation of this hot meat dish must begin with the processing of pork. It is washed, dried, cut into pieces and put in a deep bowl. Crushed garlic, vegetable oil, Provence herbs and s alt are also sent there. Everything is well mixed and briefly left in the refrigerator. After some time, the marinated meat is distributed along the bottomheat-resistant form and poured with a small amount of vegetable oil. On top lay out the plates of champignons, grease them with sour cream and sprinkle with herbs. Then the container is covered with foil and placed in the oven. Cook pork with mushrooms at 180 degrees. - 300g mackerel.
- Small carrot.
- ½ lemon.
- Medium onion.
- Ripe tomato.

- ½ tsp each ginger, turmeric and herbes de provence.
The washed and gutted fish is dried with paper napkins, sprinkled with lemon juice, s alted, sprinkled with spices and left for a short time in the refrigerator. Twenty minutes later, a piece of grated carrot mixed with slices of peeled tomatoes and onion half rings is stuffed inside the carcass. - 3 slices of stale white bread.
- Rabbit carcass weighing 1.5 kg with kidneys, heart and liver.
- Small onion.
- 5 garlic cloves.
- 3 tbsp. l. cognac.
- Boiled water.
- S alt, cinnamon, pepper, herbs and olive oil.

- 800g pork.
- 100 g Russian cheese.
- 5 fresh pineapple rings.
- S alt and paprika.
A rectangular piece of pork is washed and thoroughly dried with paper towels. In the meat prepared in this way, deep transverse cuts are made and cheese slices and pieces of pineapple are placed in them. Pork is rubbed with s alt and paprika, wrapped in foil and placed in a preheated oven. Cook it for about seventy-five minutes at 200 degrees.
Potato casserole with minced meat
The combination of ground meat and soft puree has long been a classic of the culinary genre. Therefore, the process of preparing a hot dish of potatoes and minced meat should be mastered by every young housewife. For this you will need:
- 500g of any ground meat.

- 3 tbsp. l. flour.

- 100 g Russian cheese.

Peeled and washed potatoes are cut into pieces and boiled in s alted water. The finished root crop is mashed and cooled. It is then mixed with flour and raw eggs. Half of the resulting mass is transferred to an oiled deep form. Spread some of the cheese chips on top. The next layer should be minced meat, fried with chopped onions. It is also sprinkled with grated cheese and topped with leftover mashed potatoes. All this is smeared with sour cream and sent to a heated oven. Cook the casserole at 180 degrees until a delicious crust appears.
Chicken with potatoes in the oven
This hearty and budget-friendly hot dish is equally suitable for adults and little eaters. To prepare it you will need:
- Chicken carcass weighing 1.5 kg.
- 1 kg of new potatoes.
- 4 garlic cloves.
- 50 ml mayonnaise.
- S alt, pepper, marjoram and basil.
The bird is thoroughly washed, freed from the remaining feathers and dried with paper towels. Then it is rubbed with a mixture of s alt and spices, stuffed with chopped garlic and smeared with mayonnaise. The carcass prepared in this way is laid out on foil and surrounded by quarters of peeled potatoes. The browned ingredients are laid out in portioned pots, poured with boiled water and stewed for half an hour. At the end of the indicated time, chopped greens, chopped bell pepper and green beans are added to the meat. All this is s alted, sprinkled with spices and continue to stew. Fifteen minutes later, tomato slices and sour cream mixed with flour are laid out in pots. All this is brought to full readiness and served.
