  • half a loaf of bread, of course, to make the kvass more "picky" and beautiful, you need rye bread;
  • half pack of dry yeast;
  • three liters of boiled water;
  • one hundred and twenty-five grams of sugar;
  • raisins (handful).

The first step to making a kvass drink is to prepare the bread. Roast the rye loaf slices in the oven. This is done without the use of oil. Simply sprinkle prepared bread on a baking sheet and place in the oven until it is browned. Some even tolerate a slight burning of bread slices. It is believed that this technique will make the drink even more interesting.

When the crusts cool down, proceed to filling the container. To do this, take a jar of three liters. If there were no jars of this size in your household, do nottrouble. An enamel pan will do just fine. We pour crusts of bread on the bottom of the dish and, pouring boiling water over them, wait until the water temperature drops to 38 ° C. This is necessary so that the yeast does not "cook" in too hot water.

When the liquid cools to a temperature slightly hotter than fresh milk, we introduce yeast and half the sugar norm into the future kvass. It is better to pre-dissolve these ingredients in a glass of warm water. We cover the jar with a drink with a lid and leave it in a warm place for two days. It is not recommended to put it in the sun.

After two days, you need to strain the resulting kvass, then add the remaining sugar and a handful of washed raisins to it. We pour the kvass into plastic bottles (make sure that the raisins are in each container) and send them to the refrigerator to cool. Then prepare delicious and he althy homemade lemonade. Before you make a drink from lemons, you will need the following set of products:

  • two liters of boiled water;
  • two lemons;
  • four to six sprigs of mint (if there is no mint, it's okay);
  • sugar - 6-8 tablespoons;
  • ice - as much as you want.

Cooking lemonade

Rinse lemons well and fresh mint sprigs. Then cut the lemons into very thincircles, and tear mint greens with your hands. Small leaves can be left, at the same time they will serve as a decor for the drink.

In a clean glass jar (3 liters) place prepared mint and lemons. Pour all the sugar provided in the recipe into the jar, pour the resulting mixture with hot boiled water. First, pour in a liter of water and dissolve the sugar in the drink in a circular motion. Then pour out the rest of the water and stir.
