  • 500 grams fresh strawberries, peeled and cut in half;
  • 2 bags of dry strawberry jelly;
  • 2 cups boiling water.

How to make this dessert?

This recipe for cottage cheese jelly cake with fruit is made in several stages. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance, line a round cake pan with parchment paper, brush with oil, set aside.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and s alt. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and set aside to cool.
