Cooking roll:
- Pumpkin and carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater. Spread in a pan with sunflower oil, add butter.
- Add curry powder, s alt, ground red pepper, dry herbs and nutmeg.
- Roast the pumpkin and carrots on a medium flame for seven minutes until soft. Spread in a deep bowl and let cool slightly.
- The yolks are separated from the whites and added to the vegetables.
- Whisk egg whites until frothy.
- Vegetables are thoroughly mixed with yolks, protein foam is added and mixed well again.
