This article will be very useful for fans of chocolate cakes. Recipes with photos will help in the preparation of sweet desserts in which one common ingredient is chocolate. A variety of proposed options will satisfy all wishes, and design ideas will tell you how to profitably present such dishes at a celebration.
Favorite childhood treat
Ask anyone from the 80s what their favorite sweet treat is and the answer will be at most two: Anthill cake and "potato" - a chocolate cake made from crushed cookies. Even now, with an abundance of sweets and all kinds of cakes, many children like this plain-looking cake.
Preparing "potatoes" is very simple: pass three hundred grams of ordinary cookies (from baked milk or tea) through a meat grinder, mix with 80 grams of butter softened in heat and 6 tbsp. spoons of condensed milk, at the end add two or three tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder and a few drops of liquor or brandy for flavor, although if the dish is prepared for a children's party, then ina pinch of vanilla can act as flavoring.
Knead the resulting mass thoroughly and form oval-shaped cakes out of it, resembling ordinary potatoes. You can even decorate accordingly: beat a spoonful of butter with a spoonful of condensed milk until creamy and use a confectionery syringe to draw sprouts on potatoes, which will please the kids very much.
Chocolate dipped biscuit cake with icing
Chocolate cake with chocolate cream and icing, and even sprinkled with chocolate chips - isn't this the cherished dream of every chocolate addict? Even an inexperienced pastry chef can prepare such a dessert: for a biscuit base, you should take six eggs and divide them into whites and yolks. In separate containers, beat them with 70 g of granulated sugar (for each part) until a stable foam. Sift one hundred grams of flour and mix with 2.5 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder. Mix half of the beaten proteins with the yolks and flour mass, and then mix in the remaining proteins, being careful not to destroy the splendor of the dough.
Also, you can add a generous handful of chopped walnuts to the dough, which wonderfully set off the taste of delicate chocolate dough. Line a baking dish with parchment and grease with butter, pour the dough into it and bake until cooked in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Remove the finished biscuit from the mold, only already completely cooled.
Cream for cake and icing for decoration
Cream for such chocolate cakes is also easy to prepare: whip 250 grams of fresh cream with 100grams of powdered sugar to a fluffy cream, and at the end with a spoon add one bar of dark chocolate, melted in a water bath. With the finished cream, smear the previously baked biscuit, which is cut lengthwise into two layers. The top is covered with chocolate icing. In a small saucepan, mix 4 tbsp. spoons of sugar and one spoon of cocoa powder. Then 50 grams of melted butter and 100 ml of milk are mixed with them. Put the pan on the fire, stirring to bring to the density of liquid honey. Allow to cool slightly and pour the finished glaze over the top of the biscuit.
When the icing has completely hardened, use a sharp knife to cut the resulting biscuit with cream into portioned cakes of arbitrary shape: triangular or square. Put a large chocolate chip on top of each piece, you can use white chocolate for contrast. You can also use caramel or chocolate tendrils as a decoration.
Chocolate hearts with soufflé
Such a cake is not only delicious, but also very attractive in appearance, thanks to the design: for your beloved girl, preparing such a dessert is perfect! For the base: prepare a regular sponge cake with 4 eggs, 120 grams of sugar and 100 grams of wheat flour mixed with two tablespoons of cocoa. For baking, use a regular rectangular baking sheet covered with parchment. Next, without removing the base from the mold, pour a layer of soufflé and let it dry completely. When the jelly part becomes elastic and dense, cut out hearts using the template, being careful not to damage the delicate soufflé.
Next, pour chocolate icing on the right side of each biscuit cake and melted white chocolate on the left side. On the seam line of two colors, you can draw several small hearts or flowers with colored cream.
How to make a soufflé?
The tender part of a chocolate brownie soufflé is usually made with sour cream. First, soak a tablespoon of gelatin in 100 g of cold water. When it swells, melt it in a water bath. Beat 500 grams of sour cream with one glass of sugar until creamy. In a separate bowl, beat two egg whites with a pinch of vanilla into a stable foam. Mix whipped cream with protein and, stirring, pour in melted gelatin. Actively mix the mass and pour it onto the finished biscuit in the form.
Cupcakes with liquid filling
Those who have tried this dessert know: it is unearthly bliss, a gourmet paradise! And culinary specialists call it “smart cake”, since during the baking process it itself is divided into a dough base and cream. The secret here is simple: you just need to correctly time the heat treatment so that the edges of the cake turn into a buttery biscuit, and the liquid center remains creamy.
To make this type of cake, you need:
- Mix 160 grams of dark chocolate and butter each and melt in a water bath (optional: in the microwave).
- Four eggs beat with 5 tbsp. spoons of sugar into a stable foam. At the end, add four tbsp. tablespoons whole wheat flourand mix gently.
- Pour the chocolate mass in a thin stream into the eggs, stirring with a whisk.
- Pour the finished batter into muffin or muffin silicone molds, filling them two-thirds full.
Place the molds in a preheated oven (160 degrees) and bake, carefully following the process. In eight to ten minutes, the dough should rise slightly and become covered with a light crust. After that, we detect exactly two minutes and then we take the cakes out of the oven. If you overdo it, then the middle will be baked and the dessert will not be so tasty. Remove from the molds and sprinkle the top with powdered sugar, you can also decorate with mint leaves or fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries).
Dessert without baking
Chocolate cake recipes (see product photos in the review) are so diverse that everyone can choose the right option for themselves. So, for example, you can cook a dessert without heat treatment, using the idea of \u200b\u200braw food cuisine:
- Soak 300 grams of dates in boiling water for ten minutes, remove the seeds and chop in a blender.
- 300 grams of hazelnuts or almonds also chop in a blender and mix with dates, add 50 grams of honey or maple syrup to the mass, as well as 50 grams of cocoa.
Knead the mass thoroughly and spread it on cling film, cover with a second layer and roll out in an even layer. Place in refrigerator to cool down. Cake cream is prepared from three bananas and 2 tbsp. spoons of honey and 1 tbsp. spoons with a slide of cocoa powder. Grind the mass in a blender and spread on a chilled layer, removing the top layer of the film. Let cool for about half an hour and then cut into portions, decorating each with a whole nut. Such a dessert perfectly satiates, without giving a feeling of heaviness, as happens after baking.
Banana cakes
For those who like to use fruit as an additional filling, this recipe for chocolate brownies will be to your taste. Ingredient List:
- Three eggs.
- One glass each of sugar, fresh milk and flour.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder for dough.
- One hundred grams of refined coconut or lean oil.
- Five art. spoons of cocoa powder.
- Three bananas.
- 400 grams of sour cream + 150 grams of granulated sugar for cream + vanilla on the tip of a knife.
Cooking
Mix sugar, milk, melted butter and cocoa in one bowl until smooth, then add the sifted flour and baking powder. Separately, beat the eggs until fluffy foam, using a mixer. Mix the beaten eggs into the flour mass using a spoon (in no case a blender!). Pour the resulting dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake until cooked in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. Cool on a wire rack, then cut lengthwise into two layers.
Make a cream by whipping sour cream with sugar and vanilla, if desired, you can add yellow food coloring or two tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa, if you want the maximum chocolate flavor. Bananas cutcircles.
Cover a layer of biscuit with half of the cream and put bananas on it, then draw a small mesh of cream and cover with a second layer of dough. Top with cream, leaving a little for decoration. Cut into portioned square cakes, decorating each piece with a swirl of sour cream, inside which you can put a cocktail cherry or a fresh raspberry.
