So let's get ready. Beat three eggs with three hundred grams of sugar until the mass becomes homogeneous and the crystals dissolve. Pour in a glass and a half of twenty percent sour cream and add melted butter - two tablespoons. Mix everything together. Pour in a few tablespoons of pre-steamed poppy seeds (draining the water) and stir again. Bake, dividing the mass into three cakes. After they have cooled and infused, coat them with cream cheese or cream, decorate, put in the refrigerator for a day.
