Chinese (Beijing) cabbage is a popular vegetable crop with dense, fleshy, upright leaves. - 700g chicken breast.
- 500 g cabbage leaves.
- 150 g Chinese noodles.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- 20 g ginger root.
- 2 tbsp each l. soy sauce and sesame oil.
- 20ml rice vinegar.
- Jalapeños.
- 2 l stock.
- S alt, a pinch of red pepper flakes and a bunch of green onions.
The chicken is washed, dried, cut into small pieces, put in a deep thick-bottomed pan and fried with ginger, sesame oil, crushed garlic, jalapeno and spices. Then chopped cabbage leaves and chopped feather onions are sent to a common container. All this is poured with broth, vinegar and soy sauce, brought to a boil and cooked over moderate heat until all the ingredients are ready. Before serving, each serving is topped with thermally processed Chinese noodles.
Fried cabbage
This appetizing and juicy dish is the perfect side dish for meat, poultry or fish. It consists of simple budget ingredients and is prepared in just half an hour. To feed your loved ones a light and tasty dinner,you will need:
- Chinese cabbage forks.
- 4 selected eggs.
- Large onion.
- 40g butter.
- S alt and pepper mixture.
Washed and finely chopped cabbage is fried in hot oil with the addition of chopped onion. After seven minutes, it is s alted, lightly peppered and poured with egg mash. Everything is mixed well, warmed up for a short time on the included stove and removed from the fire.
Kimchi
This Chinese cabbage recipe was borrowed from oriental chefs. It allows you to make a moderately spicy Korean snack quite quickly and without any hassle. To reproduce the recipe you will need:
- 1.5L filtered water.
- 1 kg Chinese cabbage.
- 35 g sea s alt.
- 6 garlic cloves.
- 35g onion.
- 25g fresh ginger.
- 30 g green onions.
- 35 g red pepper flakes.
- 5g sugar.
- Coriander, black and hot red pepper.
The washed cabbage is freed from spoiled leaves, cut into thin strips and soaked in a brine made from water and sea s alt. Chopped onions are also added there. Five hours later, the brine is drained, and the vegetables are mixed with a spicy paste, consisting of crushed spices, and laid out in sterile jars.
Kimchi with bell peppers
According to the technology described below, a bright, spicy Korean cabbage is obtained. Foryou will need to prepare it:
- 1.5L filtered water.
- 1 kg Chinese cabbage.
- 300 g red bell pepper.
- 40g s alt.
- 4 chili peppers.
- 5ml soy sauce.
- A clove of garlic.
- Dried ginger, coriander and ground black pepper.
In a saucepan with s alted boiling water, gradually spread cabbage leaves, cut into strips about three centimeters wide. All this is covered with a plate and pressed with a load. After the contents of the pan have completely cooled, oppression is removed from it. Two days later, the brine is drained from the cabbage, and the vegetable itself is rinsed and lightly squeezed. Then chopped bell pepper and chopped spices are added to it. Everything is well mixed, packaged in glass containers and again filled with brine. - A small fork of Chinese cabbage.
- ½ cup rice.
- 2 small onions.
- Medium carrot.
- 1 tbsp l. tomato paste.
- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream.
- A glass of water or broth.
- A clove of garlic.
- S alt, herbs, seasonings and refined oil.
Preparing cabbage rollsfrom Chinese cabbage is quite simple. You need to start the process by creating the filling. To do this, ground meat, boiled rice, chopped onion, s alt and seasonings are combined in a deep container. Everything is well mixed and spread in small portions on cabbage leaves, previously steamed in boiling water. Stuffed cabbage rolls are formed from the obtained blanks, put into a deep heat-resistant form and poured with a sauce made from fried onions with carrots, sour cream, tomato paste, water or broth. All this is s alted, seasoned and sent to the oven. Bake the dish at 200 degrees for about half an hour. Before serving, each serving is decorated with fresh herbs.
Chinese cabbage stewed with beans
This tasty and nutritious dish pairs perfectly with baked or fried meats, which means it can be a good option for a family meal. To feed hungry relatives to the full, you will need:
- 400 g Chinese cabbage.
- Small onion.
- Medium carrot.
- 150 g tomatoes in their own juice.
- ½ cup boiled beans.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 3 tbsp. l. sour cream.
- 1 tsp paprika powder.
- ½ art. l. sugar.
- S alt, refined oil and ground pepper.
Crushed onions are browned in a greased frying pan and combined with grated carrots. All this is stewed over low heat until soft, and then poured with mashed tomatoes in their own juice. Literally five minutes laterall this is s alted, s alted, peppered and mixed with chopped cabbage leaves, sour cream, bay leaves and boiled beans. After that, the pan is covered with a lid and its contents are brought to full readiness.
Salad with tomatoes
