- glasses of flour;
- a tablespoon of refined vegetable oil;
- half a cup of hot water;
- a pinch of s alt.
To prepare a juicy and tasty filling, you need to prepare:
- ¼ kg chicken headlight;
- big onion;
- 100g hard cheese;
- spices to taste, but s alt is required;
- greens;
- 100g bacon.

Cooking Features
The recipe for kudyablikov involves the use of the simplest culinary techniques. First you need to prepare the dough:
- Sift flour 2 times. Mix product with s alt.
- Add vegetable oil to s alted flour. Thoroughly grind the two ingredients together.
- At the third stage, pour boiling water. Knead the dough. The texture of the dough will be rough, lumps may appear, and heterogeneity will be noticeable.

While the dough is “infusing”, you can start preparing the filling:
- Chop the bacon finely. Fry in a very hot pan until crispy. Put the product on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

- In each square, put the filling as follows - separate a portion of the workpiece with a teaspoon. Put the stuffing in the palm of your hand and roll it into a ball. Put the sphere in the center of the square, and put a piece of cheese on top.
- Principle of forming a curly bun - blind 2 opposite corners together - you get a triangle. Connect the free corners to each other and attach to the base of the previously formed triangle. After the formation of pies, it becomes clear, curls - what it is.
- In order for the dough to stick together better during the formation of pies, you need to moisten the corners with warm water.
- For even deep-fried pies, it is worth sculpting curls so that no air remains inside.

- Pour vegetable oil into an enamel pan.
- Heat the product almost to a boil.
- Place the pies in the deep-fryer and dip in the oil. No more than 5-6 pieces can be fried at a time.
- Hold the patties deep-fried until they are distinctly golden. It's about 3-4 minutes.
- Put cooked patties on paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve a ready-made appetizer with ketchup, sour cream, and other sauces.
