It is freed from scales, entrails and gills, thoroughly washed and dried with paper towels. Thawed, washed and dried pieces of fish are coated with marinade made from mayonnaise, spices and soy sauce, s alted and left for at least half an hour. At the end of the specified time, the steaks are placed on foil, covered with lemon slices and pepper strips, and then wrapped in an envelope and put in the oven. Cook them at medium temperature for about fifty minutes.
Fish with vegetables

- 550g trout fillet.
- 300g frozen vegetable mix.
- Ripe tomato.
- Sweet pepper.
- Onion head.
- S alt, garlic, pepper and vegetable oil.
The fish fillet is taken out of the freezer in advance and left at room temperature. As soon as it thaws, it is rinsed, dried and smeared with a marinade made from crushed garlic, s alt, vegetable oil and ground pepper. Not earlier than half an hour later, the fillets are laid out in a form in which there are already thawed vegetables, onion half rings, tomato slices and sweet pepper strips. All this is poured with the remaining marinade and baked for twenty-five minutes in a moderately heated oven.

- 2 kg trout.
- 3 onions.
- Mayonnaise and breading.
- S alt, vegetable oil and seasonings.
Peeled, gutted and washed fish is cut into steaks and placed in a deep container. S alt, seasonings and mayonnaise are also added there. Everything is gently mixed and left for at least half an hour. At the end of the designated time, each piece of fish is rolled in breading, fried in a heated greased pan and laid out on a flat plate. Top the steaks with toasted onion half rings.
Steaks in creamy sauce
This delicious trout dish will not leave indifferent even the pickiest gourmets. It turns out notonly tasty, but also very presentable. Therefore, if desired, it can be served at the festive table. To prepare it you will need:
- 1.5kg fresh trout.
- 200 ml cream.
- 200 ml dry white wine.
- 200 ml chicken stock.
- 2 tsp powdered mustard.
- 1 tbsp l. flour.
- Onion head.
- Lemon.
- S alt, olive oil, spices and dill.
Preparing such a trout dish is quite simple. Washed, cleaned and gutted fish is cut into steaks, poured over with lemon juice and left for half an hour. At the end of the specified time, the marinated pieces of trout are s alted, rubbed with seasonings and fried in a greased pan for several minutes on each side. The browned fish is laid out on a refractory form, and chopped onion is sent to the vacant container. After a couple of minutes, wine is added there and wait until its volume is halved. Then cream, mustard, broth, s alt, spices and flour are introduced into the pan. All this is warmed up for a short time on a small fire, supplemented with chopped dill and poured over the fish. Bake the dish for about twenty minutes in a moderately heated oven.
Fish in citrus sauce
This unusual trout dish is perfect for special occasions. It has not only a pleasant taste, but also a well-tangible citrus aroma. To prepare it you will need:
- 500g trout fillet.
- 3 oranges.
- 2 lemons.
- 2 tbsp. l.soft butter.
- 3 tbsp. l. flour.
- 1 tsp brown sugar.
- 9 Art. l. olive oil.
- S alt and basil.
The washed and s alted fillets are laid out in a deep non-metallic container. Six large spoons of olive oil and juice squeezed from one lemon and two oranges are poured there. An hour later, the fish is breaded in flour, fried in a greased pan and transferred to a plate. Butter and the liquid in which the trout was marinated are sent to the vacated vessel. All this is sweetened, seasoned with spices, supplemented with chopped basil and warmed up for a short time on the included stove. The fish is poured with the resulting sauce and garnished with slices of the remaining citrus fruits.
