  4. Cut the dough with a knife in the form of a cross, add a little flour and roll it out with a rolling pin so that the middle of the layer is thicker than the edges. In the center of the dough, lay out the prepared cake of butter mixed with flour. We cover it with the long edges of the layer and pinch the edges.
  5. Put the resulting "envelope" on the table again, sprinkle with flour, using a thick rolling pin, starting from the middle, roll out the dough into a rectangle 10 mm thick. Then, with a soft brush, remove excess flour and fold the envelope four times. Then a seaming with 4 layers of oil is formed. We cover the dough with a napkin and give it 10 minutes, after which we again sprinkle the top and bottom with flour. Roll out again to a thickness of 10 mm. And so repeat until 256 layers are formed.
  6. Roll out the resulting dough into an even layer with a thickness of 5 mm, divide it into strips. We hold a conical paper tube, attach the end of the dough to the narrow end of the tube. Turning the tube, apply a test strip spirally on it. It is important that the edge of the test of the previous layer is on the other. In total, you need to make 6 curls.
  7. Put the tubes with the dough on a cold baking sheet. Brush with egg. Turn on the oven at 240 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. After removing the tubes from the oven, remove the paper.
  8. And now what you've been waiting for. Using a pastry bag, fill the tubes with the prepared custard. Canuse two different fillers and extrude them in turn. Add powdered sugar for taste. Dessert is ready!
