Spicy raspberry sauce

- 200g berries;
- 10-20g sugar;
- 5g lemon zest;
- 40ml dry white wine;
- 100ml lemon juice;
- a pinch each of ground cinnamon and hot red pepper;
- 50g sl. oil;
- a little dried ground ginger;
- 2 cloves.
Cooking technology
Grind prepared raspberries with a blender, andthen pass through a sieve twice. Add lemon zest to it. Dissolve the oil in a saucepan, add the spices provided for in the recipe into it, after 1-2 minutes pour in the raspberry juice. Boil the mass for a couple of minutes on low heat. Spicy raspberry sauce

- 250g raspberries;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar (6%);

- 180g raspberries;
- 2 tsp poppy;

- 1 tbsp l. lemon juice;
- 50g sugar;
- pepper, s alt to taste;
- olive oil.
Cooking
Cook raspberry puree, add mustard, lemon juice and finely chopped onion feathers, pour poppy seeds to taste, pepper and s alt, add sugar. Whisk until sugar is completely dissolved. Whisking constantly, pour in the olive oil. We spread fresh raspberries on the prepared salad.
Liquor sauce
