Salad "Miracle of the Sea": ingredients

To prepare this delicious appetizer, we need: squid carcasses in the amount of 3 pieces, 200 grams of fresh champignons, a couple of pickles - straight from the barrel (by the way, you can also use fresh as an option), 3 eggs, hard cheese - 100 grams, medium-sized onion. And also: some mayonnaise for dressing, fresh-frozen shrimp and greens for decoration.

How to cook

  1. We clean and wash squids. Then boil inboiling water (remember that you need to cook for no more than 3 minutes, otherwise the seafood meat may become too tough). Cool and dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. Cut squid carcasses in the form of straws (you can also use rings - as you like).
  3. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan (a couple of spoons). We spread the mushrooms there, pre-washed and chopped coarsely. We introduce onions. Fry over low heat until golden and add a little.
  5. Hard boil eggs and cool in cold water. Then peel and grate coarsely.
  6. Three hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Cut pickled cucumbers into strips.
  8. Combine all of the above ingredients in a large bowl to prepare a salad. Season with a few tablespoons of mayonnaise (the main thing is not to overdo it so that it does not acquire a mushy state) and mix thoroughly.
  9. Now the “Miracle” salad, almost ready, should be allowed to stand at the bottom of the refrigerator for about half an hour or an hour. And then we put it in the front salad bowl and decorate it with chopped herbs, shrimp (for this we boil this seafood for several minutes in boiling water, peel it from the shell, cool it and put it figuratively on top, right in its entirety), grated yolk or cheese. Recipe for Miracle salad with sea cocktail, shrimps and squid rings

To prepare this version of the dish, we need: squid rings (semi-finished product) - 200 grams, shrimp, peeled,- 200 grams, seafood cocktail - 200 grams, canned sweet corn in small heads - 200 grams, a couple of fresh cucumbers (or, alternatively, one avocado), s alt with spices according to individual preferences.

How to cook

  1. How to make this version of the Miracle of the Sea salad? Pretty easy, of course, as long as you have all the ingredients on hand! We take squid rings and defrost, washing the semi-finished product under cold water.
  2. Boil squid with shrimp and sea cocktail - not for long, just a few minutes - in boiling water. After the seafood is boiled, cool them. You can cut it, or you can leave it whole - it will come out very stylish.
  3. Pour everything into a large salad bowl.
  4. Open canned corn in small cabbages and strain out excess liquid.
  5. Cucumbers (or avocados) cut randomly. But it is better to chop into thin strips for a more presentable appearance of the dish.
