Preparing raspberry wine in a classic way. In the unclarified juice, which is obtained by squeezing fresh raspberries with a press, put one kilogram of six hundred grams of sugar before fermentation, and eight hundred grams of sugar after. When the fermentation is over, one liter of vodka must be added to ten liters of the drink, after which the drink is kept for five days. Then the wine is filtered, the remaining sugar (two hundred grams) is added and bottled. Ready alcohol has a pleasant sourness and aroma of fresh raspberries.
Strong raspberry wine
Ingredients: five kilograms of berries, three hundred grams of sugar, two liters of water, yeast sourdough.
