For a five-liter container, you need to take: meat pork ribs and veal - 300 grams each, bacon, smoked sausages and salami - each ingredient 100-150 grams, a couple of medium-sized lemons, a couple of onions, a jar of pitted black olives, 100 grams of capers (pickled thorn buds Capparis), 100 grams of tomato paste (puree), spices and s alt. There is another recipe for hodgepodge, which is prepared like this:
- Rinse and cut raw meat ingredients into pieces. Place in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Remove the foam and cook for about half an hour.

- Cut sausages into small cubes.
