Preparing dough
When all the products are collected, you can start preparing the dough. You should take a deep bowl, pour the required amount of heated water into it, the optimum temperature is about 40-50 degrees. Break the yeast and put it into the liquid, while adding the required amount of sugar.
Wait about 15 minutes until small bubbles appear on the surface of the water. Now you can add the required amount of s alt and flour sifted through a sieve.
Important! Many neglect sifting, and this is a very important process, because it is thanks to him that the dough will grow much better. In this case, the final product will be more tender.
Pour in a little vegetable oil and start kneading the dough. It takes a long time to do this procedure. The dough should be elastic and not stick to your hands, if the product is too steep, you should add a little water. If the dough is liquid, then add more flour. When you get the perfect texture, cover the bowl with cling film or a towel. Then set aside for 40 minutes. After the allotted time, proceed to further cooking.

The resulting dough is divided into small pieces weighing about 150 g. After that, form balls and flatten them to make circles with a diameter of 7-8 centimeters.

You need to take 300 g of mild ketchup, a teaspoon of paprika, cayenne pepper, a tablespoon of wine vinegar and chopped garlic, mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Mayonnaise dressing should be made from above. For 250 g of mayonnaise, take 50 ml of white wine and 50 ml of cream. You also need to add one or two cloves of minced garlic. Warm the mixture in a saucepan for several minutes, readiness can be checked by the fact that the mass begins to thicken.
