Live grape snails are not used to prepare this dish. For this, only a canned product is used. Moreover, snail shells are purchased separately. They are thoroughly washed in hot water, and then put on a towel and allowed to dry completely. After that, finely chop shallots, add soft butter, grated garlic clove and chopped green parsley to it. All ingredients are seasoned with s alt, freshly ground white pepper and rubbed well.
As for canned snail meat, it is thrown into a colander and allowed to drain all the marinade. And the last one is saved. It will come in handy for stuffing shells.

Before you start baking the dish, carefully process all the ingredients. The shallots are finely chopped, and the ham is thinly sliced. The snails are thrown into a colander and dried.

After processing the main components in a saucepan, melt the butter, and then add the shallots and ham. Both ingredients are well fried. After that, wheat flour is added to them, canned snails, sour cream and brandy are added.
